What size teams do you work with?
We work with teams as small as 10 to 1,000+.
From executive retreats for leadership teams to large-scale, company-wide gatherings, we tailor our approach to fit your group.

Planning Process
How long does it take to plan a retreat?
It depends on the size and scope of your program.
Sourcing the right location can take up to 8 weeks, and once that’s secured, planning can come together in as little as 6 weeks.
For larger programs or high-demand destinations, we recommend planning much further in advance - sometimes a year or more. In fact, we’re already sourcing large-scale programs (500+ attendees) as far out as 2030.
Starting early gives you more options across the board: better rates, more availability, and more flexibility.
The earlier we connect, the more we can unlock for your team.

Can you work alongside our internal team?
Absolutely.
Many of our clients, especially Executive Assistants and internal event leads, prefer a collaborative approach. We can step in as an extension of your team, supporting where you need it most while keeping you closely involved.
Our goal is to make your role easier, not replace it.
Does li+me Gatherings handle all the logistics?
Yes, with a clear distinction between sourcing and full-service planning.
Our venue sourcing services are complimentary. We’ll help you identify the right destinations, source hotels, and guide you through the selection process at no cost.
From there, if you’re looking for more hands-on support, our planning services cover the full scope of logistics. This includes coordinating transportation, meals, activities, and managing the details that shape the overall experience.
You can choose the level of support that works best for your team, but if you’re feeling stretched on time or want a more seamless experience, this is where planning support makes the biggest impact.
Do you join us onsite at our event?
We can - depending on the level of support you’re looking for.
Onsite support is part of our planning services, where we’re there to manage logistics in real time, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Some clients prefer to have us onsite so they can fully step out of execution mode and be present with their team. Others feel comfortable managing onsite themselves with our guidance, leading up to the event.
We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your team and design support accordingly.

How much does a company offsite cost?
The honest answer: it depends.
Costs vary based on location, group size, travel, accommodations, and the type of experience you want to create. Some teams keep things simple and local, while others go all-in on a destination retreat.
We work with a range of budgets and help you make the most of what you have—without losing the impact. Our hotel sourcing services are complimentary, and any planning or on-site support is outlined clearly in a custom proposal.

Do you offer team building options?

We source and partner with facilitators and vendors who create experiences that naturally bring people together, whether that’s collaborative challenges, shared experiences, or simply creating space for real connection.
