Services Overview

li+me Gatherings provides group travel coordination services, including hotel room block booking and optional trip planning services. Hotel bookings are complimentary to the end-user and funded via hotel commissions. Planning services carry additional costs and will be disclosed in a proposal.

We share information about our hotel sourcing and event planning services on this website. While we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, details may change over time.

Any services you choose to move forward with will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Scheduling & Communication

When you schedule a consultation or submit a request form, you agree to:

Group Responsibility

As the group’s organizer, you are responsible for:

Reviewing and approving final hotel options or vendor contracts
Complying with all hotel and travel partner policies
Communicating booking process and info to your team

li+me Gatherings is not responsible for misuse, delay, or lack of communication by group members.

Intellectual Property

All text, design, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of li+me Gatherings and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Submissions

If you share feedback, testimonials, or content with us, you’re giving us permission to use it for things like marketing or showcasing our work.

We’ll always aim to use your content thoughtfully and respectfully.

Limitation of Liability

li+me Gatherings acts as a travel coordinator and liaison between your group and third-party vendors. We are not responsible for errors, cancellations, or disruptions caused by hotels, transportation providers, or other vendors.

While we aim to resolve issues on your behalf, we are not liable for:

Hotel availability issues or overbooking
Vendor cancellations or errors
Weather-related travel disruptions
Damages, losses, or personal injuries incurred during travel

Cancellations & Refunds

Our core hotel booking services are complimentary. If you engage us for paid add-on planning services, your agreement will include a custom cancellation policy. Hotel and vendor-specific cancellation policies apply and will be outlined prior to signing a contract with hotel and/or vendors.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operations. Updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
